Our HistoryThe Information Assurance Consortium (IAC) began as a group of small businesses to promote a united voice on the criticality and issues of reliable data integrity. Fraud due to time manipulation where system clocks have been changed for the purpose of illegal activities is not theory, it is very real. Refer to our Wall of Shame for real-world examples. Our membership now includes liaison members with other organizations for mutual cooperation and sharing information. The IAC has been instrumental in building market awareness and providing education at conferences, talking with companies and government agencies, and publishing white papers and articles. Refer to our Activities area for more information. Help is always needed, so check out our Membership area for getting involved.
